PLAN A - (Annual) Total payment by August 15th

PLAN B - (Monthly) - Pay the fee indicated above by the 5th of every month, starting with August 2012 through May 2013.
A monthly statement will be sent home if you choose to pay tuition on plan B.  Each statement will include the tuition amount due plus any past due fee.
NOTE: Practicing Catholic , church supporting families with siblings in grades 1st thru 8th please contact the bursar office for rates.

FEES:
There is an annual consolidated general fee of $375.00 per year payable upon acceptance for new students.  Returning students: this fee will be billed in April for the following September. This fee is non-refundable after August 31st.
The General Fee includes the following items:
Books, technology costs, copying costs, administrative fees, testing fees, SIS, art supplies, music supplies, and membership in the middle states association of schools national catholic education association.

NEW REGISTRATION FEE:
$100.00 (non-refundable). (New students only) Due upon acceptance into the program.

RE-REGISTRATION FEE:
$75.00 is due each February to reserve a seat for the following school year. (per student and non-refundable)

PARENT ASSOCIATION FEE:
$20.00 is billed in August to each family.

FUND-RAISING:
Each family is required to participate in two mandated fund-raisers each year.  A total of $300 in sales will be required from these two events.

DONATION OPTION:
Any family preferring not to be involved in any fund-raising activity may make a once a year donation of $150 by October 1st.   Those who do not take advantage of this option by the specified date will be responsible for the $300 requirement even if they do not participate in the two fund raisers.

BAD CHECK FEE:
A fee of $25.00 will be charged for any returned checks regardless of the amount.  No further personal checks will be accepted from any party who issues any bad checks.
ABSOLUTELY NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER MAY 15^TH OF ANY SCHOOL YEAR FOR PAYMENT OF CURRENT YEAR'S OBLIGATIONS. NATURALLY, PAYMENT FOR THE FOLLOWING YEAR CAN BE MADE BY CHECK AT ANY TIME.

BUILDING MAINTENANCE FEE: 
A $300.00 fee is payable at the time of registration.  This is a one-time, per family fee and is non-refundable after august 31st.
