Faith is incorporated into every aspect of the school. We believe that the clergy, faculty, parents, and students form an active Christian community dedicated to carrying out the threefold goal of Catholic Education: message, community, and service.
St. Lucy’s School strives to develop each child’s relationship with Christ by allowing the child to participate in daily prayer, liturgical prayer, and opportunities for individual worship. Students participate in monthly service projects such as donating food to the church pantry, visiting local nursing homes, monthly cards for other Nursing home residents, and collecting toys for the Christmas toys drive for children in foster care. Students attend Mass and Confession regularly and every Frist Friday as a school.
