Faith is incorporated into every aspect of the school. We believe that the clergy, faculty, parents and students form an active Christian community dedicated to carrying out the threefold goal of Catholic Education: message, community and service.
St. Lucy’s School strives to develop each child’s relationship with Christ by allowing the child to participate in daily prayer, liturgical prayer and opportunities for individual worship. Students particpate in monthly service projects such as donating food to the church pantry, visiting local nursing home, care packages for soliders and collecting toys for Jacobi’s Children Hospital. Students attend mass weekly and also as a school on First Friday.
